  Actually didn't mean to visit the place and the restaurant across the street I was going to try opened late. Glad it happen that way though or I wouldn't had visited Lim's. Fusion is right, they seem to have a bit of everything Asian on the menu. I had the beef noodle with milk tea with tapioca pearls. Pleasantly surprised it is actually Pho, was expecting Taiwanese or something. Both are delicious.

  Good food for a good price! Recommend their fried chicken rice and spring rolls.

  Friendly and great service. Chicken fried rice is the best in the city. I do not agree with some of the negative comments. I have seen students making a mess on purpose then post a negative review here.

  Great good as usually and friendly service. Have to try to chicken and fried rice and the spring rolls. For dessert try the new Bubble Waffle. Been eating there for over 20 years and still has not changed a bit.

  This place has changed a lot but it’s still good. The noodles are done just right and the toppings in the noodle soup is generous. They also offer cold drinks for their mix and match noodle soup without surcharge, a rarity in Vancouver now.
