I have been dealing with this location for almost 8 years (and 5 cars later) I do not live in Vancouver and make the 3.5 hour round trip to visit this location specifically. On my last visit there was an issue that was not dealt with and I made them aware of it. With in 24 hours they were on the phone with me and willing to come all the way out to me if needed to pick up my car! I re scheduled an appointment a few weeks later and upon my arrival they were on top of things! From the wonderful management, my terrific sales person Jerry Brant who I highly recommend and he’s the reason I return here, to our amazing and funny driver Paul for the day, they went above and beyond for me! I was so impressed and trust me that takes a lot! This Mercedes team had my car completely fixed with in the day while I enjoyed a gorgeous sunny day in Vancouver. Great place to buy a vehicle. My family has gotten two vehicles from this dealership with the help from their great sales advisor, brad gold.
