I just leased a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and besides falling in love with the vehicle I also had such a great experience Melica. When trying to decide what vehicle was best for me she was patient, always pleasant, non-pressuring and answered all of my questions right away. Honestly, the whole process was just easy, which has not always been my experience in the past with other dealers. Highly recommend Melica and the team at Vancouver Mitsubishi.

I recently bought a 2011 Toyota 4 runner here and the team at Van Mitsubishi did not dissapoint. They gave me a decent price on my trade and I was able to negotiate a good price on the vehicle as well.

But what impressed me the most was Lance from their Service department. He was on top of it all in fixing the deficiencies I had identified and that needed fixing. It also didnt take him long to order and get the parts. He even pointed out that the left rear tail lamp needed to be replaced and he willingly set up another appointment to fix it. He also gives you a courtesy call the day before appointments which I thought was very professional.

Thankful that I had a wonderful and worry free car buying experience with these guys and by far the best experience I had.

I purchased my first Mitsubishi car in October with Brittany! She was a fantastic, approachable and wonderful sales rep. The overall dealership was spacious and they even allowed me to bring my medium-sized dog into the shop while we went through the deal/paperwork What I was expecting to be a stressful experience, was absolutely wonderful. I felt like I was being taken care of and that they were there to help me get the best price, add-ons, and financing option. I would highly recommend the team, but specifically Brittany and James who took such great care of me. I look forward to working with them again when I switch over to a hybrid electric car in the future :).

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Straightforward, did not waste my time and had exactly what I was looking for. Best deal around and no pressure from anyone. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
