This is a small park with access to a beach with great views of English Bay. There is a few parking places beside Park Lane. The park is divided in to two parts. The lower part as a trail leading to the beach. The upper part above the train tracks have a tennis court in bad condition. The lower part with beach is the best park and is a nice place to relax. There is plenty of places to sit on logs.
Very peaceful and relaxing place!!
Beautiful little hideaway
Perfect beach to see the sunset in West Vancouver
Great secluded beach. Note: rocky beach, not sandy. Very rocky, like use a hiking stick to get to the water kind of rocky. Hard to walk out to water with shoes and even harded barefoot. Limited parking on closest street at the top of the beach and a short hike (with wide easy stairs) down to the beach. Small beach as the north and south ends to private property. No dogs or fires allowed. Great views of Vancouver and best of all, very quiet. An old timer told me he's been coming for 25yrs and someone used to move the rocks to make access to water easier but that stopped years ago. Maybe if we all pitch in it will become more accessible. You have to balance on the rocks getting into the water and some are slippery and others are covered with sharp barnacles that could puncture thin skin. The water is a little murky and rather warm by the shore line and cooler as you go out. Occasional cruise and cargo ships passing by about 1km out, horns audible. Overall a pleasant and private experience despite the rocky beach.
