Ambleside Beach

This fun and crowded West Vancouver beach is a very popular spot, especially for active people. It boasts a beautiful new licensed cafe, a very big upgrade from your typical concession stand! Life guards on duty, beach volleyball nets, basketball courts, skate park, duck pond, playgrounds and more! Parking can be difficult to find.

Fantastic beach & great views. If you're experiencing crippling depression, grab a cod burger from the boat shed and sit on this beach. I guarantee you will feel a little better.

One of my favourite places in Vancoucer. The beach is small with pebbles/sand. Always loads of drift wood which I really like. Plus the playground is great. Also a little cafe beside the washrooms however I've never bought anything so npt sure what its like

It was great..my first time there. Lots of stuff going on. A basketball court some, some bocce. Family friendly we took our newborn and hung out at the beach

Fabulous off leash dog area...the only issue can be that sometimes people who dont like dogs are there and not aware that dogs can be off leash. We've had people who didnt care for big dogs off leashes let us know how they felt...not always in the nicest of ways.
