Cactus Club Cafe

This location in particular is always amazing. I am giving 3 stars instead of 5 because of one experience I had when I was served a food I said I had an allergy to and the server even confirmed it with me twice. When the management came they apologized and paid for the meal but their attitude seemed like they didn’t think it was that big of a deal. An honest apology is better than paying for the meal while still not thinking it was a big deal. Anyways, it’s usually fine.

The food was so delicious—we forgot to take photos of it before we completely scarfed it down. Juno was our waitress and she was excellent and super friendly. It’s our go-to place when we are at Park Royal. Just make sure if you are sharing and order the butternut squash ravioli with prawns that you order one extra so that there are eight and there is no fighting! ;-)

My friends and I have been eating at Cactus every Wednesday for the last year. The food is delicious and consistent! Above that, our server Dustin has been welcoming us with a smile and outstanding service since day one. He remembers our names and orders and ensures we are out in a timely manner. Thank you Cactus Park Royal for treating your staff and patrons so well!

We have been customers of Cactus Club at Park Royal for many years now. Always enjoy the food, and the atmosphere. Dustin S. is a superb waiter. Not matter how busy the place is, Dustin calmly manages to provide excellent customer service. He is friendly, caring (even remembers how my husband likes his steak medium rare.) Dustin is the greatest ambassador for Cactus Club. He is gold. He makes a visit to Cactus Club even more enjoyable for my husband and I.
