Tiny jewel of a beach. like micro sized.
This is the best spot in West Vancouver to get away. It rarely has any visitors and is a quiet, almost secret, spot to get away to. There's a big hill to get down to the beach at the end but well worth it for a sunset picnic away from the humdrum of life. Bring a bottle of bubbly and some desert and enjoy the sun going down or a skinny dip if you fancy! In the summer it's such an amazing place to catch the luminescence if you wait late enough. Just be safe getting up the hill on your way back it's quite steep!
Really beautiful. Big hill to climb down.
Great place
Good little park with beach tucked at the end of a narrow residential street in West Vancouver. There is limited parking on the street but there is few spots available. The park starts with a steep trail down to the rocky beach. There is a few bits of sandy areas at low tide. There is an alternative trail to the beach that is less steep that is hidden behind the tennis courts. There is also trail that leads the golf course and Gleneagles community centre. There once used to a flusable toilet but seems to be out of order. It is mystery how they could install plumbing here but they did. The beach is a peaceful place to sit, relax and enjoy the view with nature.
