This place is such a welcoming and warm place to come and really push your limits. There are people there of all levels. They work with whatever issues you may have (example: if you have an injury or a sensitivity). Coming here and trying it out without ever knowing anyone who had gone was nerve wrecking but upon the first visit they welcomed you, walked you through the building, answered all my questions and made me feel a lot more excited than nervous. I have had nothing but good experiences here whether its the actual fitness itself, to the trainers, to the people, to them being flexible with my own schedule. It has been a great experience and I know it will continue to be.
I struggle with gaining weight which is usually something people wish they had but this is a way I can still exercise, push my body, strengthen it and build some lean muscles while not losing so many calories in the process. It has been the perfect fit!
This studio, the instructors, the work outs, the people that go are simply amazing. I have never loved a class as much as I love this one. I go to Bar Method 3-4 days a week and attend the 6am class and I can honestly say that the days I start at Bar are so much better. I am not a graceful person and I definitely struggle in the classes but each time I go, if I can perfect one movement or go 1 inch lower during thigh, I am ecstatic. This class offers the opportunity to challenge yourself and become a stronger person and I love every bit of it!

Initially, my focus was to get fit and develop a leaner, stronger body. The isometric exercises certainly target every muscle group and the instructors are very knowledgeable about individualizing for every client. I found that in a short time, my strength, flexibility and posture all improved. I’ve been part of the Bar Method community for over 5 years (900+ classes). The workouts are challenging, but it is the positive, supportive environment (instructors, front desk staff & clients) that is most important to me.
