(March 29, 2019, 12:42 am)This has been my go-to favorite yoga studio for years. Bikram got me into yoga 12 years ago, then 8 years ago Tarryl and Westcoast Yoga saved me from giving up on Yoga by opening the door to a vastly superior experience that has kept me healthy and balanced ever since.
(March 26, 2019, 8:38 pm)Amazing Yoga studio. ALL their instructors have a great deal of experience, each bringing their own unique style. There are various classes available from hot to yin to power. I have taken over 400+ classes at this studio as well as various workshops and trainings, and highly recommend Westcoast Hot Yoga to beginners and yogis alike.

There is also a great choice of workshops and events. Great yoga studio in the heart of White Rock. Thank you for being here for us Westcoast Yoga team!
