And when I needed to keep the van an extra day, there was no problem. When I returned the van, I asked for a car to take to the airport, and they gave it to me at the same discounted rate I was paying for the van. “I rented once before and it was great service + it was a good price. they didn't have the vehicle I booked so to accommodate, they upgraded it to the Jeep Wrangler which was very nice! ... The only issue i have is contacting the surrey office directly. Do you have a phone number i can call to reach you directly instead of calling the reservation desk? thanks :) regardless 5 * .. will be flying back to Vancouver for a week or two in July or August and will use again.”
