Second time visiting this restaurant since 4 years ago, they did a good job with tables being far apart from each other. Staffs were wearing masks and gloves and they had hand sanitizer at the front of the entrance.
Ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese, which was delicious. At first, I thought the portion was a bit small comparing to the Tagliatelle Carbonara but it was actually enough. We even saved space for desserts.
I noticed near the end of the night though, the restaurant turned their music louder and it was quite loud that I had to talk louder to my friends and I was afraid that my droplets will be everywhere. If they could turn down the music a bit that would be better.
Juicy, thin crust pizza with amazing flavors. Crispy calamari with great dipping sauce, perfect Father's Day lunch.
Always excellent. Great for take out too. Carbonara pizza is my fav!
My family’s go-to restaurant for Italian food in Burnaby (mostly for the ?). When I was in Vancouver recently, I found out they started making their own pastas in house which really intrigued me to want to go back. I always loved their pizzas, but for pasta I was so so about it. This time I went, I was very pleased with how good of a job they did on their pastas! The gnocchi was seriously one of the best ones I’ve had. The only thing personally I felt I would change is adding more dill into the seafood pasta, and having a lighter sauce. Also wanted to mention that they do a great job with the calamari fritti. The squid is fresh and tender, never over battered- just perfect??
