I am lucky to work for this company as a employee. Fortunate to get my working carrier started under a great management. Reynold(general manager) one of the coolest guy I ever met. He understands how to value a employee. Dave dagg(assistant manager),Mike Patron( supervisor) is always forward to help out employee to understand company policy. Never had a bad experience working in this 2 years.

Shady

If you don't know any better, you won't see the shady business practices. He makes people feel he is nice enough, so people don't see it. When you decide to leave, he just can't let it go. I've left twice. The first time was because I realised the shady things he has been doing. I let it go after I left. The second time was about me feeling unsafe doing the job, but he made it sound like I am leaving because of him. Yes, I wasn't the greatest employee, and I made mistakes over time.

He'll kept it nice to keep you making money for him. That's why I worked for him for over 4 years in total. You have better options out there. I say get the experience and leave.
