For those who are not very good at eating spicy food, please note that their "mild spicy level" is SPICY. I didn't know and I had a hard time finishing my bowl. The owner was a super polite and very kindhearted person. He came to our table and offered me to throw the soup and cook again in hot water. I felt really bad and the creamy sesame dip was helping me, so I told him I was okay... but I appreciated his customer service. I have been recommending this place to my friends who like spicy food. Customers can choose the type of noodles, veggies, and meats and pay by weight. I think this adds a little bit of fun :)

I heard this chain is famous in China, when it finally came to Vancouver I decide to give it a try. You can choose the food and it’s quantity by yourself, then they will proceed it in the kitchen. There is only one soup base, taste good but a little bit salty, since they dunt serve rice. Overall very good place to try.

The broth was very tasty; owner was very polite and friendly. They charge by weight of food you pick.
