New Way Automotive helped me out in a crisis today and fit me into their busy schedule mid afternoon. I just started going to this car repair this year. I'm so impressed with their willingness to help and expertise. Excellent staff especially Peter. It's rare to find such a trustworthy car business like this. Thank you all.

my son in law referred me to New Way Automotive, I took my wife's 2002 XL7 Suzuki, I was very pleased with the customer staff, they were very knowledgeable. I was also very pleased with the service done on the car. Peter was very honest with his feedback, we also received pictures of any issues. I will continue to use New Way Automotive for future services.

New Way Auto, has done a great job in repairing my Caravan, it required a lot of servicing as it is very well used. They were very clear about the work that needed to be done (included pictures) and they were clear about the pricing for parts and service. They were recommended to me and I am very happy to recommend this Repair Shop. Peter is a great guy to deal with, super polite and professional and he went above and beyond my expectations. I feel very safe driving my van with my kids after having this crew work on my van.

They do their best to book you in for service as quickly as possible and no matter how small or large the job is, they always make you feel that you are an important customer. Peter and his team are professional, friendly and know their stuff. If you want great work done for fair prices, go see these guys.

Grateful that they have good protocols to address COVID 19, including sanitizing my car when they returned it to me. They addressed my issue quickly, and serviced my breaks for free!

I would highly recommend New Way Automotive! I had an immediate problem with my car on my way to work. I called New Way Automotive to see if they could get me in right away. Once at the shop they were quick and honest about what they thought the issue might be and kept me updated as they found out what the problem actually was. They gave me a full break down of what was going on and the cost. I was at the shop for under 2 hours and was on my way with a functioning car. They really proved that even with the current COVID pandemic great customer service is still a priority, and that extra effort really goes a long way. If I’m ever in Burnaby again with car issues I know who I’m going to see.

I had to leave a review, for this company, after the shop owner came to our rescue with a concern. On Thursday, Mar.26/20, my wife & I were in the Lower Mainland for a family funeral and our vehicle started clunking , coming to a stop! Peter said to bring it right in, and they would have a look. Well, after a look see, he informed us of the cause and assured us that we were okay to travel! I would be very comfortable recommending Peter, and this shop to anyone! Been going to this shop for over 10 yrs now. They are quick, honest and do a fantastic job. The owner is amazing. Go there when you want your car fixed up like new for a fair price.
