I would recommend Willi to anyone, in fact I have referred him to my family and friends. We listed our home right when the market stalled in spring of 2019, but were committed to sell as our dream home came on the market. Willi was professional, dedicated and responsive and made an extremely stressful time in our lives bearable.

What impressed me most about Willi was his tenacity and dedication to getting us the best price for our house, despite a lagging market. Willi was at our house doing open houses every weekend for three months while also actively hunting down potential buyers. I will note that we could have sold the house sooner, but refused to lower our price and Willi did not pressure us to do so.

Through all of this we had many questions and Willi would always quickly respond to any communication sent, whether it be an email, phone call or text. Many times, I would flip a text to Willi at 8 or 9 at night and he would respond instantaneously.

Will was the third realtor we have used in our lives and he simply blew the others away with is service. We hope never to move again, but if we do we will be calling Willi.
