Travel Best Bets

Hello, we are writing this email to commend one of your employees. Today March 21st we booked a cruise through travel best bets. We were fortunate to have Tina guide us through this booking. Tina was very knowledgeable and helpful. We initially booked a cruise for Aug 28th and it wasn’t until 2 hours later that we realized that we had a wedding that we had to be present for on Sunday September 4th in Kelowna. This unfortunately is day we return from our cruise. At this point my wife Gloria was stressed that we would be missing the wedding. We called Tina back and she very quickly talked with Celebrity Cruise Lines and set us up with almost exactly same balcony cabin suite, at the same price 1 week earlier. We would like to thank Tina for her assistance and it proves how important it is to book your vacation with a professional like Tina.

Having to deal with a sick parent and looking to book a family vacation next spring, as our grandchild with all his activities is free only this time of the year. His ice hockey tournament only gets over on March 21. That being said we do have to come back a couple of days before school reopens. Tried Air Canada Vacations and West jet vacations to no avail, could not do it online as we were booking for 7 people. Lucky for us we watch the local news and saw Travelbestbets deals. The deal available end March 10, no worries. What amazed me was when i called the number a human being actually picked up the phone. I was initially taken aback and explained my silence. That being said Tina was very professional, prompt, courteous and gave me different options. I would highly recommend getting in touch with them for your travel needs. I would definitely use them again.
