“So far I’ve had good experiences with Surdell Taxi, only one incident, but it was only a comment from a driver who I’m guessing was just having a off day (doesn’t make it right but we’re all human so Im trying not to judge) so I’m not going to discredit the company based on one unwarranted comment by a driver. So I give them 4/5 stars for quickness and generally over all kindness and respect from the drivers and dispatchers. the drivers I get are always nice and fun to chat with during the ride, I’ve had some very caring drivers take me home late at night after work. I appreciate them for the job they’re doing.”
