I had to assist a dear friend in purchasing a wheelchair, including selecting the vendor. Since this was a major purchase that would affect his daily quality of life, choosing the right business was imperative. I liked that BC MedEquip is family owned and operated, and that they offer a wide variety of wheelchairs. Bill, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and responsive. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns (there were many) in a timely manner and followed up throughout the process as well. My friend ended up with a wheelchair that we are both happy with. We had positive experiences with BC Medequip and appreciate the great customer service we received.

BC MedEquip took care of all my fathers medical equipment needs. They were patient, offered good advice and coordinated prompt delivery and installation. Our sales associate Bill was the best.

Fabulous experience! I came here for my father and for myself to get compression stockings and Patricia handled our needs professionally and with great care. She responds so quickly to email requests making sure I know exactly what product is available and when it can be expected to arrive.
