I lost almost 30 pounds, quit drinking and got in the best shape of my life. Everyday is a different challenge and I am constantly stimulated physically and mentally at this gym. It has become an important part of my life and I have made a lot of friends coming here. The coaches and other members are family and it doesn’t matter your physical ability or reasons for being here they will push you to try harder but also support you when you need help. Can’t say enough good about Tom and Errol. The affiliated Coquitlam Wellness Centre is also fantastic and convenient.
