When renovating a fireplace, searching out and finding a suitable natural edge mantel can prove to be difficult. Fortunately, we found the Natural Edge Mantel website, called owner Al Brownsdon on a Saturday to arrange a time for viewing his selection of unique maple pieces. He actually took the time out of his weekend to meet us at the showroom on a Sunday morning (the next day) because it was convenient for us. We were immediately impressed with his professional advice and prompt service. Al and his staff were very accommodating, working with us to overcome the time constraints surrounding this fireplace installation, . Our choice of maple mantel was a perfect match to our live edge table and bench in the same room. Al had the piece in stock so we could view and touch our exact product before we purchased it; a very important factor in purchasing any natural edge product. The fit and finish of the final install turned out fabulous. We really appreciated the high standards Al has set for his business and his product line. Highly recommended.

Just had our fireplace demolished and rebuilt by Natural Edge. It was a pleasure working with all involved. And most impressively they started last week and had it completed before Christmas! From Ashley and Al to Mike who did the demo and rebuild along with Darius who did the rock, we could not have asked for anything better. From and 1980 apartment install to a beautiful live edge mantel with stone front in 1 week -- we couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely use Natural Edge again.

I walked into the store with a very specific plan! Everything changed when I ran into the owner Al. Literally hurt he was a big guy! Al gave me straight forward advice that made sense. I'm not a decorator. I'm a realtor. Why am I trying to be both?

Al's concepts and designs were easy to follow and he took the time to explain what I was getting. His crew were polite and respectful of my family. He finished my bathroom's on time and under budget! What you say on time under budget no way. Yes way! The bathrooms were done within the 2 weeks!

I'm not one to write reviews but when someone goes out of their way to give service I believe it deserves a compliment!
