Ada was recommended to me by my realtor. We had everything in place for her to complete the sale of my condo and the purchase of a home. Last minute, she cancelled on me leaving me to find someone else. The closing date was December 18, 2019 (a Wednesday). She proceeded to tell me that is their holiday hours and that's why she couldn't do it? I would have thought I would have been told when I decided to use her that those dates don't work for her but now I'm having to pay someone more money which is super frustrating.
After I posted this Ada reached out to me to assist me to find someone else and to give me a discount on using her for the purchase of another home. I am revising my review based on her reaching out to me to try and make things right.

Ada is a very professional notary I have met. Her working attitude is professional. She is very patient at listening to my inquiries and questions. She explained the legal point of view for what you should include in the legal document thoroughly. She is very efficient at preparing the documents for me on time. The fees is more reasonable.
