Walked by and saw a deal on their sign. Asked about it, and the result was switching to Koodo.
The guy that helped us was great. Seemed to totally work with us, explaining and giving us space to think about the plan. Never felt pressured or anything. It was also not busy, so you had all the time in the world.
I been using Telus for long time, they have best Customer service so far.
