Love their sweet pumpkin slush! it's refreshing and not overly sweet. They have a variety of unique bubble teas like purple yam, black sesame, multi-grain etc. Hope the staffs are more friendly :)

Can’t complain, standard BBT shop experience. Nothing extremely negative nothing extremely exceptional! Good BBT flavour, straight forward and quick service. I can see how some people below can say the service was rude as I have seen and felt that before ages ago but I didn’t take it as such today. More just a dry personality and not anything to write home about as amazing or above and beyond but I won’t hold that against them as this visit it was okay.

Been here a few times and have not been dissapointed! Great staff and an expansive menu with items offered for your most basic b to some pretty experimental stuff. I love super sweet and the roommate loves the weird stuff and we have always been more than happy with what we get.

Love Soul Cup Cafe! They have some really unique flavours, and the shop is stylish. I would say this is my favourite bubble tea place in Coquitlam. The milk tea can be a bit mild flavoured, but I can't dock any points because the taro slush is phenomenal, and there are flavours here that you will not find anywhere else. As a cute bonus, there's usually k-pop music videos on, so when Covid is over this would be a bomb place to hang out.
