It was my first visit today, and quite a brief one at that, but I certainly got a good feeling from the staff and atmosphere, and the coffee was well roasted and well brewed. “Small coffeeshop (not a big corporate chain!) that opened up here in the Fall. I visit whenever I go grocery shopping at the Save-On-Foods. Staff are friendly, I used to work in this exact store back when it was still a Starbucks, so it was fun to chat with them about that experience. I was literally in their shoes a couple years back! Coffee is always excellent, I've only ever tried their Lemon Loaf for food, gotta come when I have more time to try some of their hot food.”

“Went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We arrived around 9:30 AM and were able to snag a seat in the small dining room before the rush came around 10 AM. They have Turkish coffee which is not very common, so I ordered one and it was great. The food was delicious and the portions were quite generous. There were unique art pieces everywhere, which created a bohemian vibe. The location on Denman near English Bay was very convenient! The service we had was exceptional, no complaints at all.”

Biggest issue is the value isn't great for what you pay (it's expensive!), and also the lines can get pretty long. If they lowered their prices by 10-15% it would be more reasonable. Also, it would be nice if they could process orders faster (maybe open a 2nd shop)”

“Coco is always on point! Love this place, my favorite Bubble Tea joint on the West Coast and now the fifth different branch j have visited. Coco seems to be dominating the west coast and I'm so stoked/there is no wonder why. Consistency is key and where most Bubble Tea joints fail. However Coco, even as a franchise maintains that consistency no matter of drink, menu, location or if it's a soft open such as this joint. Great service, efficiency of drinks and location where you can go and enjoy slurping your BBT in one of the nearby parks. I wish Coco would expand their mobile app to BC and the West Coast, rather than just Ontario and offer us loyal west-coast customers reward schemes and loyalty points. However, I do appreciate and love how they do reoccurring monthly specials on drinks promotions.”

“The NY cheesecake was DELICIOUS - light yet rich. One slice is large enough to share between two people. I asked for strawberry coulis and was delighted by the slices of fresh strawberry. ($1.25 additional cost.) I thought the chocolate cheesecake was too bland, but my toddler loved it. The quiches are also large enough to share, my toddlers loved the ham quiche. The accompanying salad was mediocre - mixed baby greens with vinaigrette dressing and a scatter of pumpkin seeds. Update: they've since added tomatoes, raisins, and sunflower seeds to the salad, it was quite tasty! Service was frustratingly slow - but staff were friendly and helpful. Update: service was much faster this time. There are two booth table sections which are great kids, or ppl to sit comfortably and work for a few hours. Would recommend - specifically for their NY cheesecake.”
