Paradigm Plumbing & Gas

I hired Jon to help with a bathroom and kitchen renovation project and really enjoyed working with him. In the bathroom, he installed the faucet and showerhead, bathtub, toilet, a bidet, and the sink; he also installed my kitchen faucet and sink. He communicated well over the course of the project, was very flexible in terms of scheduling and took the time to make sure that things were done right. This project suffered multiple setbacks and Jon was very patient and accommodating when it came to changing timelines and other issues that arose on the job. He also gave me a great recommendation for a faucet. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will be calling Jon if I ever need a plumber again in the future. I would highly recommend his services.

Due to delayed delivery of gas appliance, my original plumber/gasfitter was out of town. I searched and called a few plumbers/gasfitters. Some of the quotes were more expensive than the appliance itself. Even the apprentice of my other usual plumber gave my surprising quote.

I was lucky to find Jon. He is a plumber who is willing and like to do gas work. He provided a reasonable quote with breakdown for the work involved. He worked with my schedule to get the work done quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and stand behind his work. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a gasfitter.

Jon is a red seal plumber who does great work. Have had him at my place a few times to repair or relocate a few pipes and he did a great job. Very committed! His rates are reasonable and he is extremely honest. A guy you can trust no doubt.

Jon is awesome, Super helpful and professional. I would not call anyone else. I have had him come in multiple times to work on a bunch of issues, He does not default to lets just replace it :) but instead recommends what might be in my best interest.

Jon replaced an aging hot water tank for me. He was punctual, professional and respectful of my residence. His work was professional and he left this area of my home cleaner than what it was before he started work which spoke miles towards his character. He answered all of the questions that I had about the work performed very genuinely.
This is not something that I am used to by others in the trade. Thank you for your great work and very fair price and I look forward to using you as my go-to guy in the future.
