“My wife recently noticed a leak under our sink. Through some recommendations, I called up the business. It did go to voicemail (I guess he may have been at another call), but I promptly received a call back. Scott came by later that afternoon and determined that the problem was due to a leak in the hose. He did some research on the spot to figure out the exact part that was needed. Unfortunately, it needed to be ordered it. But Scott placed an order and got it in the next day and was able to repair it. He tested the faucet a few times to make sure that it worked and that there were no leaks. I found Scott to be friendly, yet professional. I also found him to be respectful of our home carefully moving items to get access to where he needed to get to. The tap works again and I haven't had any issues since.”
