Big steel place. Well organized safety oriented. Shipping staff well trained. Lots of parking for staff and trucks to be loaded. A trusted source for steel supplies.

I have been dealing with Melanie Kumar in sales pretty much exclusively, for the past 6 years. Over our history she has shown myself and my shop immense consideration! She is personable, enthusiastic And friendly! Extremely efficient to the point of ensuring our orders are correct. If any mishaps have happened she has diligently corrected for us. It truly is a pleasure to deal with a company as big and busy as Cascadia metals, with confidence! Thank you for being there for us!!

Good with packaging and making sure everything is tarped but the shipping department needs more people. I have been here for 1 hour so far waiting for 1 skid. Perhaps they could have guys dedicated to loading their own trucks, and separate guys loading the customer trucks because we the drivers feel neglected here.

Will delete this review once something changes.

Great company! We deal with Dylan Williams as our sales rep and he's always quick on the quotes and offers good pricing. The orders are always organized and delivered in good condition. We appreciate the great customer service!
