Not sure why all the negative reviews. I enjoyed our first week of meals. We tried Hello Fresh and found it too salty. Goodfoods recipes were well thought out and delicious.
Overall I've had fairly good experiences. Recipes are creative and tasty. Customer service is friendly. Only compliant I've had, is maybe 1-2 times I've had produce that is starting to spoil - I've taken a picture of it and let them know, and they've been able to credit me.
