Haven't actually been there yet but I've talked to them through email and they've been quite kind and accommodating.
I install sod for a living. When I moved from Ontario I was buying from Ray and another company. Ray's quality and price was fair and consistent high quality. I won't be buying sod elsewhere in the near future.
We finished building a new home and this past spring. After reading reviews and calling around to four places for quotations, we bought turf from Fraser Valley Turf Farm. Having never used turf before it was all a little overwhelming. Ray was great and provided lots of tips and ensured that it was fresh cut the day we received it. It arrived on time and my guys quickly got it all installed. As you would expect it looked great. Flash forward to August and my grass looks and feels amazing and stands up well to our medium size dog. It's so thick and plush and my husband is just trying to keep up with it as it grows so fast.
I would absolutely recommend Fraser Valley turf for a great product at a very reasonable price.
Definitely great service! Quick in follow up if required. Good product. Will continue getting our clients' turf here from Fraser Valley Turf Farms.
I didn't know a thing about turf and had no idea what constituted quality but after dealing with Fraser Valley Turf Farms I know enough to say that they provide quality stuff at a good price and are very forthcoming with advice on how to do it yourself. We laid 700 square feet in a little over 3 hours. This was our first time and would definitely do it again. Bear in mind that prepping the area took a lot more work than that and is critical for a drama free install. BTW we went to Home Depot this weekend and the stuff they sell there for more money is not even close in quality. The turf from Fraser Valley Turf Farms is weed free, even length and the depth of the dirt was consistent from the first roll to the last roll.
