“It had been a very long time since using their services. We booked 2 appointments for eye exams and the process couldn’t have been more well managed and efficient during the Covid pandemic. We stayed in our car, phoning in upon arrival with all personal info taken over the phone and then advised to enter the store. Paperwork was ready for us to sign immediately, pace moving forward quite quickly. All precautions taken making us extremely comfortable. Dr.Birk did most of the testing, with upmost professionalism but also making us feel completely at ease. Dr. Macario came in for the final verification checks and to answer any questions. Took about 1.5 hrs for our 2 appointments, very thorough. Would recommend eye exams here. Glasses/lenses were not required so cannot comment on that.”
