“New management ensures that gym is well maintained, clean and following covid protocols well. But, they should also teach their new staff customer service skills. The staff is rude (particularly the tall girl with a scarf) and have ZERO customer service skills. The old staff was significantly better and really made the gym feel like a safe and non judgemental environment. Minimize your contact with the staff as much as possible and you’ll have a great experience!”
