I was really sick and called to ask a question about cough syrup. At that time the pharmacist recommended I get doctors instruction, as he thought I had an infection.
Without skipping a beat he set me up with a doctor appointment over the phone. Within 20 minutes I had spoken with a doctor and had a prescription! Brookswood Pharmacy also delivered it to me, free of charge!
I always liked this place but they impressed me on a whole other level!

We've been going to Brookswood Pharmacy for a few years now. The staff knows our family well as we've been in for prescriptions, flu shots and our vaccinations. On Saturday, I remembered I needed to pick up a prescription so I called to check the time they closed. The pharmacist called me back and asked if I was on my way which I was, and I was able to get my prescription. I was so pleased! They really go above and beyond to help their clients. As well, the pharmacist gives very thorough advice for taking any new medications. Excellent pharmacy!

Brookswood Remedy Pharmacy is the best. I have a rare illness and receive the very best care from them. I dealt with Safeway and Costco, and no matter how many years I stayed with them, there was no feeling of personable service and caring. We met Shrief and Ahmed when they first moved into Brookswood and we transferred all of our prescriptions over to them. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough about the level of service that we receive. They have gone above and beyond for me. We are customers for life.
