After days of her trying unsuccessfully Mohamed helped my senior mother book a doctors appointment over the phone that didn’t require her to have internet access, then called to clarify her prescriptions before filling them. Instantly and pleasantly he provided relief to a situation that was becoming very stressful for her. I’m so grateful.
