Honestly the vibes through Hustle & Flow are amazing. Its truly an inclusive space and judgement free zone. The staff are supportive and so lovely, and they really encourage you to have fun above else which I feel makes the performance that much better.

Joining Hustle & Flow has been the best thing I've ever done for myself... dance class is the highlight of my week. It's a slice of time that I feel happy and connected to myself, and can just leave the world outside. It is hard to describe how wonderful it feels to be in such an encouraging and supportive environment. Nikita and her team have created such a unique space for us to grow, and I look forward to advancing and getting stronger with them.

I would highly recommend H&F to anyone that wants to dance - no matter your experience, size, age, or gender. Truly a judgment free space.

Hustle and Flow has been integral to my growth as a positive, confident, holistic person. These classes are the only time I give myself out of the week for me, and it is clear that the instructors know that this is the experience of most of the dancers. Nikita and her team demonstrate over and over again that this time for ourselves is important and it is clear that they do everything in their power to make the most of that time. These women lead by example and have built a warm, welcoming, supportive place for everyone. I am a better person and feel so much love for myself now because of this program. I encourage anyone who was, is, or wants to be a dancer to come and try a class. Like myself and so many others, you will only wonder why you didn't try it sooner :)
