HLP Hair Extension

Vicki is worth every great review she has received, I don't know why someone would put a bad review when Vicki was just following the rules with the Covid restrictions, no one wants to put anyone at risk.
Vicki has made me a couple hair toppers and placed some hair extensions, she does an amazing job, and I will continue to recommend people to her!
You won't be disappointed, don't listen to one bad review from someone that clearly didn't want to follow the Covid restrictions.
