I went there not knowing a lot about hair removal and I was extremely self conscious about it. At Ideal image they explained everything step by step and I had my first appointment the same day I had my consultation. I walked out feeling happy and extremely confident and I could see results almost instantly! All the the staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have been to three appointments so far and each time has been a good experience and I’m slightly addicted to the treatments they have now.

I had to do a temperature check upon entering, the clinic was kept very clean and "Do not sit" signs were placed over the seating area. I was interested in some pricing for laser hair removal as my colleague referred me from the South Surrey location. A bit pricey for me... but the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.
