“This place is ticking! But stellar customer service and fantastic food as advertised. I came in with a coupon order that they weren't doing. But the staff alerted me that they would still try to fulfill it, but would be delayed. The food was amazing! Everyone loved it. Super hot, super fresh, super crunchy. Nothing sits on the stand for very long. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and great with customers. Kudos to the Friday night crew on the long weekend for a fantastic job. “The sushi is delicious! But.. It took an hour and a half for my small order to be ready. It was a Friday, but an hour and a half is too long to wait for a place that has "express" in its name. Maybe this is an indication that more locations would be a good idea? It's obvious people love the sushi.”
