I haven't had the pleasure to buy or sell with Dave, but I have heard only awesome things about him and his team! I'm writing to THANK DAVE for the two page per month yearbook calendar! I wait every year to get a fresh new one from them - he's like Santa! I use it daily for all my appointments. I'm happy to help promote him by having my calendar with me wherever I go!

Dave and his team provided us with a perfect house selling experience. There was constant and regular communication, they followed through on everything they promised, the marketing plan was all encompassing, the photographer took great photos and was as pleasant and easy to work with as the rest of the team. Dave made excellent suggestions on showcasing the home which we followed to the tee. He was also complimentary of our home and the work we had done on it, which confirmed for us that he saw the home as we did. We went out of town during the open house days and they took excellent care of our home. We knew Dave was the best and he proved it by professionally handling a multi-offer selling experience after only six days on the market to our great advantage. The house was on the market and the substantially over asking price offer was finalized within 11 days.
