Sam Mir of ABC Custom Gutters provides excellent and reliable customer service, a great-looking product, and stands behind his work. ABC was recommended by one of my other trusted trades. As with any job, I checked the BBB and tried to obtain three quotes for a small job to replace the gutters on my garage. One company responded that they were too busy, and another sent an estimator but did not provide a quote, despite two follow-up emails from me. Sam was onsite within a day, and provided a quote that night. When I decided to proceed 6 weeks later, he stood behind his quote. The work was performed quickly and safely, and the garage looks great.
When companies offer a warranty, I sometimes wonder if they'll be around should i need to make a claim. I have no doubt that Sam will honour the 10-year warranty, and that his company will be around to make any repairs.
