Derek was very professional. He assessed our situation, and presented multiple options for us to ultimately replace our air conditioning.

When Derek arrived on the installation day to install our preferred option, we discovered it was not possible due to the electrical limitations of our house. He quickly pivoted to the other options, obtained the other unit and installed it all within a day. He stuck to his original quote even though it must have cost him more time/gas to pivot to the other option.

Derek went above and beyond, including blowing out our lines/ducts and replacing a coil in our furnace where required. He stuck around to ensure the new unit tested out well, and it was all complete in a single day.

Derek and his employee were also very sensitive to COVID. Kept a social distance and wore a mask when he needed to be inside.

I can't say how impressed we were with Derek's service. I would highly recommend him to any friends or family that needed gas/heater/cooling services. Happy to service as a reference Derek!

We have a 10 year old furnace in Poco, which was cycling oddly, run for approximately four seconds then cut out. We were getting no heat in the home during winter and everyone had place heaters in their rooms to stay warm. We had previously use another company for yearly cleaning and installing an a/c unit. Turned out these Ace(s) were not Pro as advertised. We called Derek, who shifted things around in his schedule to accommodate. Words cannot aptly describe how HAPPY we were and are with Derek's service, knowledge, and commitment to ensuring things were done CORRECTLY. Turned out, our furnace was not a unit sold in Canada and there were many challenges finding the parts. I have no idea how much of his own time, Derek put toward researching the unit, finding the correct parts (not available in Canada), then passing the information on to me so that I could order them and there would be no mark up. Derek tried multiple solutions in an attempt to try to keep cost as low as possible and not replace the entire unit.
Derek came to our home, often on his own time, to and from other jobs, in a persistent obsession to solve the problem, usually without extra charge to ensure the job was done correctly.
I felt that Derek was had an extraordinarily high level of INTEGRITY and very TRUSTWORTHY.
Take this for what it's worth but Derek will be my FIRST and ONLY call in the future.
