There was a breakdown between online order (corporate) and the local store (North Shore), but the management and sales reps prioritized me as the customer instead of their profit. Means a lot to experience "customer-first" culture at a car garage. Thanks a lot OK Tire.

An absolutely amazing experience with OK Tire North Van! Noticed one of my tires was flat this afternoon. I have never been to Ok Tires so I thought I should try it since they have the highest rating.
It turns out the damage was more severe than I thought and the whole tire needs to be replaced. One of the elder staff (I think he might be the manager) walked me through everything about what is going on with the damage, explained everything in detail and installed the spare tire for me.
After all this, when I asked for how much was the service fee and he told me I am good to go and wished me happy new year.
It was a raining day and it was muddy outside, they were extremely busy in the afternoon, I can't imagine how much work they put in to do a through inspection for me in a tight schedule since I didn't make appointment and to make sure I get updates as soon as possible. I didn't expect them to charge me nothing as they have the every right to do so.
I had a pretty rough day because this tire damage but such kindness from a stranger just made everything better!
For me, this is the reason for me to stick with a shop. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. Thank you for the New Year gift OK Tires!
