“I recently chose to take my SVOP training through Safer Ocean Systems. This is a classroom-based course for folks wishing to operate small commercial vessels, and covers topics ranging from collision regulations to basic navigation and chartwork. This can be a lot to digest, especially for anyone with limited previous knowledge or experience in the field. I had previously heard good things about the school and instructors, and Ryan did not disappoint. He is clearly very passionate about being on the water and covered all topics in great detail, while still taking the extra time to explain anything that students may have been struggling with. Highly recommend!”
