“I love that there is a baby store in North Vancouver to support but I am not a fan of their return policy. All sleepwear is final sale- even with tags on. I thought that was a little strange- especially when buying something like a sleeping bag- and was told it’s in case someone brings it home to sleep in and they have bed bugs in their mattresses. I don’t see how exclusively sleepwear is prone to picking up things in peoples’ homes. Out of principle, I prefer to shop some place with a better return policy that demonstrates good faith in customers.”

“Very friendly service! We were here repurchasing a pair of running shoes that my partner has worn for many, many years. The person who helped us went above and beyond to help him refit and try on the same size he’s worn for years and a size up to see how it was now fitting on him. One size happened to be on the mannequin and he went to take them off of the mannequin for him to try on. It ended up not being the size he ended up going with but we appreciate his attentiveness and friendliness during our time there.”
