UPDATE: My dog just turned 13 May 1st. This is by far still the best animal hospital ive been to. Michelle who works front desk is amazing(my favorite). Everyone that works there is great, they treat pet parents good but most importantly they treat peoples pets very well. There is not one thing negative i can say. Karma has had to see different doctors there and they have all been so good to my dog.
Dr Gaind is absolutely amazing, he really cares for your pet and does not leave you with questions unanswered. He is professional, good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. I like people that be all those things in one. I actually request him when i make appointments for Karma.
I switched vets a couple of times, until i found this one, been here ever since. We've been coming here since Karma was 6
My only regret is I wish we would've start coming here sooner
I can't say enough good things about the staff at the Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital. They treat my two cats with such care and communicate very clearly with me as the owner, ensuring that I have all the options and being clear about price. They have implemented COVID protocols by keeping the owners outside and it works seamlessly.
Amazing care from the techs and doctors at Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital. I'm a first time puppy owner and have called a few times to discuss my puppy's diarrhea/vomiting and the techs & doctor gave thorough, careful help over the phone. They even asked me to call back to give more info on progress so they could ensure they are giving proper care and follow-up for my puppy's well-being. I am grateful they have been SO genuinely helpful over the phone during this pandemic. They have been so patient & helpful over the phone (many times), making up for the cost of their vet visits!
Dr. Gaind and all the staff at Port Coquitlam Animal Hospital are so amazing. I have already had to make a few unplanned visits with my little hoover vacuum of a baby puppy and he is so well taken care of every time. I never hesitate to call with questions or concerns (and I do that a lot), and it's so nice that they have called to follow up to see how Bowen is doing. Nothing but positive things to say about everyone there.
The staff here are amazing! Very knowledgeable and they seem to genuinely care about your pet.
During Covid, we understood that we weren’t able to go in to be with our pup while she was getting her shots, so to give us peace of mind, our Vet Tech (Jennifer) took videos to show us that our pup was comfortable and fine! She surprised us with videos of our pup being happy and playing in the back (we were concerned she’d be scared with strangers).
In addition, Dr. Gaind was wonderful- he addressed all of our questions and concerns with great bed side manner. Bonus - our pup loves the staff!
