Andrew and his team were wonderful when our furnace quit in the middle of November! First they came out within half an hour to assess our problem in the evening. He explained all our options and gave us time to think. When we decide to replace our furnace he made all the arrangements no was ready to go just 3 days later. Andrew was referred to me by a friend as my fireplace stopped working. Andrew came out the very next day right on time. He properly diagnosed the problem (which a previous company had misdiagnosed), installed the correct new part, adjusted the flame, explained to me how my fan automatically worked ( I had been shutting it on and off manually) and provided me with a very reasonable invoice.
