We have been working with Tech Connect Solutions since 2019. During this time, they have been in charge of installing and managing the alarm and security systems for our Show Homes and Sales Centres and lately they also help our tenants from our recently opened 6 stories building with their TV installs and Smart Home needs.

During these years we have witnessed great dedication and amazing service even beyond their regular duties.

I moved into my new build townhome and I was in search of one contractor to handle all my needs. I reached out to about 5 different companies. Had a few companies give me a quote over email. However, when I contacted Tech Connect Solutions, the owner Fernando said he could not give me a quote without coming to the site. I was wondering whyy?!? I agreed and he did a visit. THANK GOODNESS he came by. Due to the complexity of the job and my request and after staying about 1 hour to do a site assessment, Fernando gave me a fair price quote/verbal.

He was able to give me a quote on
1) hanging my delicate LG C1 OLED tv on stone and above the fireplace. (I had a low profile stand shown on picture)

2) install one wired and one wireless doorbell

3) handling the audio system throughoit my entire home. Hook up in ceiling speakers and provided us an option to buy a 6 zone av receiver from his supplier.

4) ethernet connections from 5 different ports and hiding an ethernet port. Terminating ethernet wires in the internet box in the garage.

Fernando was able to come back a week later to do the job. He stayed for a very long time to finish the job. I am extremely grateful. I wont say how many hours but it was very late.

I say anyone looking for someone who can do most or handle your electronics needs, seek out Fernando. Seriously.

What I like about Fernando that you should know
1) man of his word (price) and he honoured it. Ie: price to do everything.
2) Hard worker
3) Solution finder.
This was really evident when he hung our TV above the fireplace. Let's just say it wasn't a "clean install" and an extremely complicated process. I would say at this time, I knew he had a good heart and desire to help us.

4) he is very thorough and dedicated to the job.

Weaknesses:
1) communication - but i would say this is understable because he is a small business.

I would recommend Fernando and his hard work to handle your tech needs.

We were building our house and our builder introduced us to Fernando, the owner of Tech -Connect Solutions. Fernando came to our home during construction and got to know exactly what we were looking for. Fernando put together different options and solutions to choose depending on our budget and took the time to fully explain the options and their associated features and price points. He was easy to communicate with during the entire process and answered all of our questions. Fernando ran all the communication wiring (internet, LAN, telephone), fiber optic, and advised us and installed our home audio / home theatre system. He also put together a solution for and installed our monitored home & fire alarm system as well as the camera system.

We had a great experience with Tech Connect Solutions. Fernando took extra time to ensure everything worked perfectly and explained to us how everything operated. Even after the project was completed Fernando has been excellent in following up on our questions and providing support.

I recently had Fernando do all of our high speed wiring and connections for our house during a remodel. He was extremely helpful in recommending how we should implement our network and made great recommendations on how to get the best performance without wasting money on things we don't need. He was always on time, worked fast and provided great value for his work. If you are looking at doing any sort of high speed, low voltage wiring, smart home design, home network installation or home security system instal, I'd highly recommend Fernando at Tech Connect!

Fernando is amazing. Hands down a very professional and thoughtful person. He takes his time to do the job properly. He came in on Saturday morning and didn't leave till close to midnight to complete the job. He worked extremely hard to make sure all our tv's and audio was properly installed. Will def hire and recommend Fernando again.
