(September 24, 2020, 6:57 pm)I am a supervisor with the City of Edmonton and purchase quite the variety of materials from all different sources to maintain a safe operation.
I had recently purchased some items from traffic safety zone to try out and was frustrated that only three of the items I had ordered worked properly. I reached out to the company about the faulty product and was quite shocked at the extreme that they went through to correct the situation. They personally delivered to me three brand new items that all work great. Now that is what I call service!
This the type of company I plan on doing business with in the future.
