“Everyone I dealt with was friendly. They booked my design and install quickly which was great. The price was around what I would expect for shelving units and install. The negative part was the design included a large shelving unit that blocked 20 inches of another 30 inch wide unit. You would have to reach in to put items in and out of the unit. While I have to take responsibility for signing off on the design, the fact that one unit was obscuring part of another wasn't really clear to me from the paper drawings. But, Closets by Design were very accommodating and worked to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. And, I really appreciate that about a company. They worked with me to make sure I was happy with their product and service. Not all companies would do that.”
