I love this place, the prices are good but what makes the place amazing is the owner. He is super sweet and always so friendly ?

Customer Service is excellent and I can always find my favorite South African products in stock. The Biltong and Chili bites is to die for :)

When Serengeti closed in Port Moody I thought easy access to South African treats in the Tricities was no longer a possibility. But Africa Trading does even better! There is a variety of biltong and chilli bites available and they're all delicious (although I'm always going to be partial to the extra hot chilli bites). The owner is also a very friendly guy. The only irritating bit here is that the store's hours aren't the greatest as other commenters have noted, closing at 1700 right when folks get off work, and closed all day on Sunday. It'd be nice if at least on a few days the store could be open until 1800. But beyond that, happy to have a source for biltong in the city again!
