We recently partnered with Jennifer in the Fall of 2018 as we have actively been looking for someone we can trust to refer our clients to for nutrition help. Jennifer has been such an amazing addition to our alliance circle, and someone will will actively refer to moving forward. Since partnering with Jennifer, the amount of successes we have seen with our clients who are working with her is outstanding. We have never experienced someone so passionate, driven, caring, and who can make an impact so easily. She is highly knowledgeable about food, about how the body works, and she specializes in helping people to heal their guts. Her recipe collections are easy, flavorful, satiating and carefully put together as healing tools. She is very easy to talk to and very fun to be around and she makes food fun. With food being such a struggle to so many, she really gives you a different perspective on how to approach it. We would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for help with nutrition and we look forward to working with her in 2020!
Jennifer is the most amazing person I have met! One reason why she is so good, is she is so passionate about food and looks at it on an entire different level. Her approach to food and habit changes is gentle, yet highly effective focusing on mental health as well as physical health. Her recipe collections are made up of the most delicious foods, focused on healing the gut. After only 1 week of working with her, I saw and felt a huge difference, while eating the most delicious, satiating foods. Another reason she is so great is she truly cares. Her office is cozy, her teas are excellent, and she makes you feel comfortable with a safe space to talk. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone wanting to change their nutrition, their habits and to feel better in general. She can cater to any type of goal, not just weight loss.
I tried Jennifer’s 5-day reboot. Let me tell you: the recipes are wholesome, easy, and DELICIOUS. I really liked the way Jennifer lay out the program such that it’s easy to follow. All the meal planning is done - breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks. (Go to her site to download your copy!)

I recently went to Jennifer's Nourish & Glow workshop and found it really engaging and super informative. It was fun to try samples of the green goddess smoothie and omega-3 beauty bites, which were both delicious, and learn some new tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle. Jennifer really knows her stuff and is a wealth of information. She has an amazing, positive personality and was easy to listen to.
